IMPORTANT Rules:
– PlayESOP ban bots/RTA. Using of such leads to confiscation of funds. Affiliates and Agents take full responsibility for their traffic, even in case money was withdrawn to player before abuse was detected.
– For any other cheating (such as but not limited to chipdump, colluding, promo abuse, multi-accounts, ghost accounts) PlayESOP has the right to first warn a Player and then confiscate part of funds involved in cheating or confiscate funds entirely with no warning based case by case.
Any secondary violation will lead to full funds confiscation.
– For professional players and grinders PlayESOP may decide to give a «black card» or have some game restrictions (game types, limits) in case of playing only to win and withdraw winnings.
